Grind Health Club was formed from 14 years of trainer-client experiences. That simply means we have collected all the do's, don'ts, wants, and needs for the ultimate VIP client/member EXPERIENCE. The Fitness Fury is a Mobile Gym that brings fitness to YOU! Our programs focus on physical fitness-we work on making small changes little by little. We assist in creating lifestyle changes, rather than focusing on weight loss. Non-scale victories are proof of progress-decreased pain, increased energy and strength, inches lost, better posture, better flexibility, and a boost in endorphins that can help improve mental health.
