At your initial visit, you will be asked to present your insurance card, photo ID, any necessary co-payments and to complete new patient paperwork. To save time during your first appointment, you may download and complete our new patient paperwork ahead of time and bring it with you. Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time if you have not previously completed the necessary paperwork.

We recognize the importance of your time, so we do our best to keep your appointment on schedule. However, unforeseen delays may arise from surgical procedures, deliveries or emergency patients. If your physician will be delayed, we do our best to notify you before you come to the office or upon your arrival. You may wait for the physician or reschedule your appointment. If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you cancel/reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. This will help us to utilize the vacated time for other patients needing our care.

Our physicians are available 24 hours a day and your emergencies will always receive priority regardless of the day or time. After normal business hours our phones are answered live by an answering service. Call the office immediately if you experience abnormally heavy bleeding, severe abdominal pain, or other urgent matters.
