We welcome all into our space. So whether you are new to these modalities or a veteran student, we have a space ready for you!

All of our teachers are trained to work with all levels, are trauma informed, and educated. Classes are available from "gentle" to "hot" and others in between.

The heart of yoga is meditation. We teach students using ancient wisdom and modern data how to incorporate this life changing practice into every day living.

This ancient movement practice is gentle on the joints and has countless health benefits ranging from improved posture and range of motion to decreased blood pressure and cardiorespiratory function.

We offer programs for the whole family! You can find kids classes, book clubs, mini retreats, workshops, and lectures on a variety of topics for better mind, body and spiritual health.

This class is for All Levels with some prior Yoga experience. Beginning with a stretch period followed by an extended hold sun salutation then building the speed of the flow...we move next to our challenging posture of the month, cool down stretch and ending with a restful Suvasana!

Owner / Instructor Tanya Sage is a TBI, stroke & cancer survivor & understands the obstacles & frustrations of limited mobility, as well as, the emotional repercussions that arise after a life altering occurrence. We currently offer our "YogAbility" Chair & Standing class by Appointment only to help meet the scheduling needs of the client!

We offer Beginner / Gentle classes throughout our weekly schedule and beginners are also welcome to join in our All Levels classes as well!
