I can't say enough about cycling classes with Janelle. She brings an amazing energy to every class. It's the highlight of my day each time I attend! Classes are rigorous but fun. If you haven't tried a class here, you simply must!

I attended my first spin class at Tribe about four years ago never having tried spin before. To say I was intimidated at the thought of trying out a spin class is an understatement! However, the environment that Janelle has created at Tribe is nothing short of amazing. It is a welcoming, friendly, not at all intimidating, place where you get an intense and fantastic workout each and every class. For me, it is perfect cross training for running, and I leave feeling incredibly strong after each class.

I always walk away from a workout at Tribe feeling strong and positive! All you have to do is show up and Janelle surrounds you with an upbeat and high intensity experience.

My thoughts while on the bike tho, I am a competitive person. I wish I could see everyone’s time and mileage so I can make sure I’m going fast enough and hard enough. I also wish their was a screen at the front showing hills or straight always so I can mentally see I’m high resistance so I can climb the hill. Maybe even pass others like a video game?
