I’ve had smoked trout before but usually in a dip. This trout I prepared as a bite size piece on a cracker with a small dollop of sour cream. It was a really good – no bones and not too salty. I’m ordering more!

I purchased this sample for a friend who was throwing a dinner party. I was able to sample a number of the items she prepared. She layer all the fish out as a seafood smorgasbord – it was all gone by the end of the evening!

Loved the smoked Branzino – better than the smoked white fish I get at the deli every not and then which is sometimes a little mealy. This smoked fish was firm, evenly smoked and not too salty. Really loved it!

I really enjoyed receiving the premium fish sampler. Many evenings at dinner time, I’m not sure what I feel like eating. The selection of salmon portions, fillets and branzino and trout fillets provided options. Took me a couple of weeks and a small dinner party to finish the package – everyone loved the fish!

My wife and I ordered 2 salmon fillets, put one in the freezer and prepared the other for dinner that evening in the oven, It was delicious – mild and rich with a lovely color. Two weeks later we prepared the second fillet on the grill – it was even better and did not dry out. Very pleased and will order again and again
