In addition to providing EMS and paramedic training, New Britain EMS Academy is your local AHA Community Training Center. We offer CPR, AED and First Aid for the public as well as BLS, PALS, ACLS for healthcare providers.


The EMT Program at the New Britain EMS Academy is how we got our start. We have been providing this entry-level training for students since 2006. On average we conduct eight (8) EMT programs yearly. We offer a variety of scheduling options including part time day & evening offerings in the fall, spring and full time high performance in the summer

While NBEMSA offers ongoing regularly-scheduled AHA, EMT, and paramedic training programs, we also offer other healthcare training courses that can be scheduled upon request. Additionally, throughout our calendar year we offer special one-time education programs in addition to our regular running education programs as they become available.
