I’m from Oklahoma , so a long ways from home, I call jr’s and they got me in asap and helped me get back on the road. When so many other local auto repairs wouldn’t ! They showed me exactly what needed to be done and why. They also pointed out other issues that I should get looked at in the near future again showing me…. I highly recommend JR’s as they were honest and straight forward and extremely reasonable on the parts and labor!!

I was so impressed with his knowledge and customer service skills. He came out and gave me a tune up and put in a new o2 censor. He finished the work in remarkable speed. He didn’t charge me until I took my car out for a spin. I was stuck in Norwalk . My car barely moved . I’m so glad I found this repair shop. If I could give him ten stars I would!

Finally I found a Sprinter mechanic who knows what they're doing! Yarek solved a turbo problem the Mercedes dealer couldn't figure out. He fixes cars like an engineer, analyzing the systems as a whole. At my first appointment I paid for a complete diagnostic - well worth it. They give a link to an online profile of the van, listing all the condition issues, their severity, and recommended services. Since then we've been whittling away at the list. So far I've had them repair my Sprinter's brakes, A/C, turbo, suspension, steering, plus oil changes and filters. Everyone with a Sprinter in the New York region should get it serviced there.

We’ve always received outstanding service and repair! The value of knowing you have an a mechanic you can trust who provides outstanding service is invaluable. We wouldn’t think of taking our cars anywhere else, whether it be an oil change, brakes, tires or replacing an engine. They replaced the engine in my Mercedes ML550 2 years ago. I was hesitant to do this but felt confident in the advice they provided to do so and am extremely happy I took the advice, it’s like a brand new car again.

Hard to find great diesel mechanics who are also honest and therefore can't praise Brian enough. Recently bought a used Freightliner Truck and wanted to get the truck serviced and found Oxer through Google. Brian did a great job of servicing and diagnosing the truck and gave me a good understanding of any repairs that needed to be done asap vs ones we can push off. Had a transmission issue come up where the truck was unable to shift out of first gear, he was able to find the root issue and fix it promptly. Very knowledgeable with all aspects of the truck. Honest, kind, super responsive and treats the truck like its his own. Additionally, very detail oriented and wants to get it right. Can't recommend him enough.

Awesome guy came out super fast did my repair for half of what everyone else in the area wanted will most definitely use over again if I’m in the area and need a repair!

Great place. Honest, inexpensive, fast, and a pleasure to deal with. Did rear bearings and brakes on our Subaru, and it’s like night and day. Will be going back for some brakes and control arms on our Highlander soon. No reason to ever deal with dealership prices when the service at Scotty’s is this good! Better, faster, and less expensive!
