We have instructors trained in classical and contemporary Pilates practices. We believe health is an evolving journey and is unique to every body. Our studio offers private sessions and group classes focusing on functional and safe movement practices that can be transferred to your daily life

Join us for Stamford Hospital’s “Paint the Town Pink” Pilates Mat Benefit Class. The class is donation based and you can choose your donation when you register. All proceeds are used to help underprivileged women receive mammograms. If you would like to write a check directly to the foundation, you will find that option among registration choices.

What is a Discovery Session? A Discovery Session is a one-on-one session where you will be able to ask any questions, share your personal goals and voice your concerns about any health issues related to physical fitness you may be experiencing. This is also a time for you to learn about our studio; private sessions, programs and classes.

Our studio offers Private and Duet Sessions and group classes in mat and apparatus.
