I HATE JONATHAN SOOOO MUCH! I’m always out of breath in his sessions like 10 seconds in, he makes us do too many burpees but my abs look great and on second thought maybe I don’t hate Jonathan as much. I came in hating burpees (a month ago) but today, Jonathan said “burpees” and I went into a full burpee without modifications and I was full blown shocked for like five minutes after. It’s like a baby walking for the first time and not realizing what a milestone it is; EXCEPT I’m not a baby and the sense of accomplishment that I felt was just amazing Every one is welcoming, accommodating, and all at different stages of their fitness. No judgment, just encouragement and you just find yourself pushing to do more every session. Love Jonathan, V, Steph, Julia and all the trainers at the club. I've been doing kickboxing for an year now and I fell in love with it the moment I stepped in. The energy is amazing, and the instructors are fenomenal.
