The tech called at 9:00 and said he would be there in 30 minutes. How often is a tech early? He arrived when he said and told me how much it would be up front. Took him less than an hour to fix the door. Craig was very courteous and did a great job. I would recommend them anytime you have door issues. The office followed up within 20 minutes of him leaving.
