Had the pleasure of meeting and training with instructors from The Dojo this past weekend. They’re an awesome team of extremely friendly, highly talented, and well trained martial artists - highly recommend this school!

I joined The Dojo this past April and every single time I have been to class has been an awesome workout as well as a genuinely fun time. The other students are all great, and there to help you out, and the instructors are top notch. I'm trying to get my friends to join up and get them into ninja shape with me!

I was very impressed with the way the teachers worked with the kids. My grandson, Owen, was very proud to get his junior black belt.

Have been part of this family for less than a year and have enjoyed every minute of it. I encourage anyone who reads this to join a martial arts program no matter age or gender and if you're in the Stamford area, there wouldn't be a better place to go and try a class.
