Notice: This courthouse is temporarily closed. If you are filing a new housing (landlord/tenant) case on paper, you must file it at the Stamford JD courthouse until further notice. Pleadings and documents filed on paper in existing housing cases may be filed in person at the Stamford courthouse, faxed to the court at 203-965-5370 or mailed to Superior Court, 123 Hoyt Street, Stamford, CT 06905. Electronically filed (e-filed) cases should continue to be filed in the Norwalk Housing Session.


Unless otherwise ordered, all hearings and trials in housing cases are being conducted virtually and not in person at the courthouse until further notice. Please read all scheduling notices carefully for more information.
