They did different methods of getting out all the deep knots in my back and loosening all the tension in my shoulders and neck. I HIGHLY recommend coming to The Serene Spot for all your massage therapy needs!!

I try to come here monthly. I'm in the hospitality business so getting a therapist that can really go in and work on those knots is hard to come by. I've tried other places in the new haven area but I almost always leave disappointed. I want to leave a massage like if been hit by a truck....in a good way!!
