Tyler and his crew are amazing. I’ve always had city water until I moved to Oxford. I was/am green when it comes to wells.. We needed a new well pump and tank as well as have our Radon system fixed. For starters: there’s a reason you can’t find one negative review about Tyler or his company…that should say a lot! But I just had him install a water softener system for my house yesterday. Even though he’s super busy, he was able to squeeze us in to help me out. He arrived at the time he said he would, even like 5 minutes early if I remember correctly. Due to recent rain, he wouldn’t drive on the lawn, even though we allowed him to, in hopes of making the job easier for him. But he refused, and lugged all of the equipment needed by hand all the way around to the back side of my house. Clearly he’s not afraid of going the extra mile for the customer. In regards to the install: The system works great, very happy with its performance already. Tyler’s work is IMMACULATE. The area was spotless…no little pieces of this or that left behind. Nothing!
