The sales associate Karen clearly knew her stuff, and she also knows excellent customer service. She asked for her names, got my teenage son comfortable asking questions about features that mattered to him, and not once did she push something above our budget. Details of the warranty and return policy were well explained. The next-day delivery on Sunday was a much appreciated bonus! Given how much time one spends asleep, getting good advice about a quality mattress that won’t break the bank is important! I highly recommend this store and specifically Karen.

I have sat here for 55 minutes waiting for a manager to show up. There is only one warehouse manager in the store who is very pleasant, but unable to check me out. People are walking out of this store because no one can check them out. A successful business requires leadership and management to be present and cross train their staff to provide basic customer service and management.
