I have sat here for 55 minutes waiting for a manager to show up. There is only one warehouse manager in the store who is very pleasant, but unable to check me out. People are walking out of this store because no one can check them out. A successful business requires leadership and management to be present and cross train their staff to provide basic customer service and management.
