Owner/Piercer/Jewelry Specialist Georgina Schiavelli, lover of all things that sparkle since birth, has been professionally piercing in West Hartford since 1997. She currently pierces at the shop on a very limited schedule, generally by direct request only, and otherwise spends her time ordering all of the beautiful jewelry you see here at the shop and running the studio day to day.

Piercer/Jewelry Specialist Megan Lelio, is originally from Shelton, CT. They started their piercing career in 2014 in Stamford and then moved their piercing skills to Norwalk for 7 years. They began regular guest spots at Black Diamond in October 2021 and officially joined the staff full time as of July 2022.

Piercer/Jewelry Specialist Melissa Willette came to Black Diamond in 2014 as a Jewelry Specialist. She joined the crew with an already solid knowledge of jewelry and customer service as well as an enthusiasm for the art of piercing. She started her piercing apprenticeship under Georgina in October 2021 and is currently taking appointments for all basic piercings as well as jewelry changes and stylings.
