4worldlovers: Can't find a better DC to NYC bus and the price is nice too. No complaints overall. Traveled with about a half dozen drivers over the past few months and I've been impressed!

I have been taking buses most months for the last 7 years from all different companies and he was one of the best. He should be praised for his kindness. You also had good wifi which many companies do not so thank you for that too!

Caught this bus last minute at Port Authority in Time Square. I like that I didn't have to wait outside for my bus! My driver name was so friendly and accommodated me with my bags because I had a baby with me. Their customer service skills were definitely on point! The driver drove safe and got us there on time, actually we were 15 mins early. I will definitely be taking this bus again!

I don't know when I will again. What I can promise is that the next time I need to travel by bus I will definitely be using Peter Pan.

Inexpensive, bus left and arrived on schedule, clean facilities. We did not experience any inconveniences, and we were even allowed to take an earlier bus when we arrived before our scheduled departure. No complaints!

My driver, Jennifer, was fantastic! We ran into some very stormy weather just as we approached Boston and the traffic was very bad. She got off I93 and navigated us through Quincy and eventually back on to 93. I'm sure she saved us some time and our bus was only about 20 minutes late. Both drivers made announcements and kept us up to date on the situation (this especially on the ride back in the thunderstorms).

We purchased a round trip ticket from DC to NYC. The ride on 1/10 from DC to NYC at 1pm, the drivers were amazing and friendly! We thoroughly enjoyed our ride.

Where he stands out - in my opinion - is in his calm, clear, concise announcements, especially as we are drawing near to Springfield's Union Terminal. And from his tone of voice, I can hear his concern that everyone is clear about staying on the bus or transferring to another bus for a destination.
