After that, there was a gap of six days when I didn't know what was happening. But when the nurse and social worker got in touch with me, I explained my expectations in no uncertain terms. I wanted clear and timely communication about what services were rendered. Since then, they have been perfect: the social worker and the nurse in charge of my mom's services are in regular contact, and they are insightful and hard-working people. Compassus sends in a nurse's assistant who is pretty near magical in working with this population. I'm grateful for the Compassus staff, for their hard work, their communication, and their kindness. My original review was two stars, but I have revised it.
