Center for Discovery Fairfield treats female and non-binary (regardless of sex assigned at birth) patients ages 18 and over. Since opening in 2015, Center for Discovery Fairfield has catered to women across the states of Connecticut, New York and New Jersey. The program is conveniently located 10 minutes from the Merritt Parkway with easy access to the surrounding Tri-state area. We are located approximately one hour from Manhattan. Treatment modalities we offer include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), exposure & response prevention (ERP) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). In addition to receiving evidence-based therapies, patients all have the opportunity to put “joyful” back into movement through yoga and other activities.
