Every year we honor our volunteers for their outstanding service and extraordinary time they give to this community. We are grateful to all for everything. Below are the recipients of our awards for 2021, announced in October 2022 at our annual celebration of service.

This award honors individuals whose service positively impacts communities in every corner of the nation and inspires those around them to take action, too. The PVSA has continued under each presidential administration, honoring the volunteers who are using their time and talents to solve some of the toughest challenges facing our nation.

WVEMS is mourning the loss of Crew Chief Mark Blake who died in the line of duty serving the community he loved. WVEMS has established a GoFundMe for the benefit of Mark Blake's children. We hope to raise funds to be used for their educations.
